Create Spellstone

Creates a Spellstone for the caster. When equipped and used, the Spellstone removes all magic effects from the caster and will absorb 400 magic damage. In addition, equipping the Spellstone improves your chance to get a critical strike with spells by 1%. Conjured items disappear if logged out for more than 15 minutes.
