What's New in WoW Forever

How World of Warcraft: Forever differs from World of Warcraft Classic Era: what WoW Forever has that Classic Era doesn't, what's different in both, and what WoW Forever leaves out. Items, NPCs, and quests are compared by their stats, levels, rewards, and effects.

Until WoW Forever's own game data is out (it launches November 4), WoW Forever here is Vanilla as of patch 1.8, the end of its first year, and Classic Era is Vanilla as of patch 1.12. So for now, “new” means content that was later removed, and “changed” means how things were in the first year. Forever's own additions will show up here once its data is imported.
